Lydia is a Gainesville, GA native and wanted the name of her practice to reflect her roots! When deciding a career path, physical therapy seemed like a perfect fit for her as it merged many of her passions of exercise, anatomy and helping others. She obtained her Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of North Georgia and has been practicing in Gainesville specializing in orthopedic physical therapy since 2015.
Lydia has dealt with many pelvic floor related issues, herself, including urinary incontinence, pelvic pain, and pelvic organ prolapse. At the time, she received pelvic health services at the closest location (which was Alpharetta!) and was so intrigued by the process. This pushed her to take the necessary coursework to be able to start treating pelvic health in Gainesville.
